 (A) System Operation and Safety Protection
Contact Detecting Feedback
 1 The system is always detecting all the major contractors, contacting status and coil voltage, if the contacting status is not coincident with the coil voltage read, the system will stop the elevator from running and stay in idle for fuhrer reset by technician after inspection.
Overload Protection
 2 If the elevator were overloaded, the system will hold the door oped and buzzer will be triggered to notify the passengers.
Slip / Roll Back Protection
 3 If the system detects the feedback of running direction is opposite from the command direction, it will stop the elevator from running and stay in idle for further reset by technician after inspection.
Car Sliding Protection
 4 If the system detects the feedback pulses coming in while car is in stop status, the system will judge it as car sliding fault, and it will stop the entire operation and stay in idle for further inspection and rest manually.
Power Resume Self-Rescue
 5 During automatic drive, when normal power failure and then resume, if the elevator stops at door zone, it will travel to nearest floor and then open the door for releasing passengers, if the elevator stops at non - door zone, it will return to ground floor to reset for the sake of safety, and then open door automatically.
Next Floor Attempt
 6 If the elevator encounters abnormal operation such as door open failure, elevator stops in between floors, the system will move the elevator to nearest floor after completing the self-diagnostic checking.
Hoist way Learning
 7 A hoist way learning process should be carried out before bringing the elevator into normal operation, during the learning, the shaft information will be recorded such as distances for floor, travel limit switches, and slow down limit switches, etc.
Self-tuning of Shaft Data
 8 During the operation of elevator, the shift data will be automatically tuned in line with actual floor induct or plates in order to achieve high accuracy leveling.
 Fault Record
 9 The latest error of the elevator can be recorded up to 30 faults with information such as time, floor number, and error code. This function is mainly for technician doing troubles shooting.
Lobby Floor Standby
 10 During Auto mode, if the elevator has idled for a preset period, the system will deploy the elevator to a preset homing floor for standby purpose, this minimizes the waiting time for passengers boarding from the lobby floor.
Service Floor and Door Opening Setup
 11 The service floor can be setup easily through the system operator either with front door or / and rear door opening enable.
 Watch-Dog Protection
 12 All major electronic PCB control boards are equipped with watch-dog protection function, when a program fault is detected, it will force all output ports to low state, and reset the processor.
 Duplex Control
 13 Two elevators are communicating with each other via a CANB us in order to respond to the hall call Restoration in phase. When a hall call is registered the system will allocate this registered call to the elevator that is relative near to the floor on which the call is registered, so that the waiting time can be reduced.
Through Opening System
 14 The system can be configured to accommodate the elevator with through opening functions, such as goods lifts, stretcher lifts, bed lifts, etc.
Distance Speed Curve Control
 15 With reference to the travel distance, the running speed curve will moderately and efficiently changing of speed curve in orders to obtain the optimal and the best riding comfort.
